In the last week, I have been to two events with my client and it has been hugely valuable.

Taking time to talk with your customers and gain real-time feedback reveals so many new ideas, such as:

➡️ Which parts of the brand story truly resonate with them


➡️ New use cases for the products we had not previously thought of


➡️ Unearthing new customer questions, we can add to FAQs


➡️ Feedback on what they like and what we can evolve


➡️ New content ideas and themes


➡️ Tonnes of authentic UGC content off the back of new social followers


➡️ Bucket loads of inspiration from talking to our target audience


All these elements help us hone the marketing content strategy for the brand and ensure that in all channels we are delivering engaging content which our customers value.

💷 The payoff with events may not be huge short-term growth of social followers or new orders for your product or service, but the long-term gains can be incredible.

📈 It allows you to validate your strategy and gain insightful feedback which guides you on a path to sustainable growth and drives loyalty.
