Fractional Marketing Lead & Strategy Consultant

I help brands, founders, and agencies make confident marketing decisions through clear strategy and senior leadership.

Throughout my 17-year marketing career, one thing has remained constant: I care deeply about doing good work with good people. I'm driven by helping businesses connect with their audiences in meaningful ways and make decisions that respect both their customers and their long-term goals.

During my 15 years at Microsoft, I led international Xbox marketing campaigns for global brands like Forza, Minecraft, and Game Pass, working across 40+ markets with multi-million pound budgets. I pitched to retailers like Amazon, GAME, and Best Buy, and managed campaign localization across EMEA markets.

What I valued most in every role was problem-solving, bringing clarity to complexity, aligning teams, and finding practical ways forward when there were competing priorities. That experience shaped how I work today: decisive, strategic, and focused on measurable impact.

How I work now

Through HCxConsulting, I bring enterprise-level marketing thinking into growing businesses that need focus rather than noise.

I’m customer-led in my thinking, but strategic in my approach. I listen carefully, challenge where needed, and help teams make decisions they can stand behind. My role is not to add more activity, but to bring clarity, direction, and structure so marketing works harder and more intentionally.

I work as a collaborative partner, providing senior guidance while staying close enough to the detail to ensure strategy translates into action.

My values and leadership

As a founder, it’s important to me to support other business leaders and to lead with honesty, empathy, and clarity. I also care about being a strong role model for my two sons, who keep me grounded and remind me what balance really means.

Running my own business allows me to focus on both the bigger picture and the finer details that make work meaningful and effective.
