I want to do good work for good people.
Throughout my 15-year marketing career, one thing has always been clear - I am passionate about connecting with audiences in a meaningful way. I love working with good people who want to make a difference and value every single customer as an individual.
I am obsessed with the customer experience and genuinely delighting and exciting customers. I have always strived to be an exceptional listener and to lead with empathy, so that customers feel valued and understood in the busy world weāre in.
Put simply, I want to work with you to create impactful marketing experiences that put the customer at the heart of the campaign. I do this by becoming your reliable, collaborative and solutions-focused marketing partner.
Over the last 15 years at Microsoft and Xbox, I developed deep expertise in retail and D2C fields, working with teams in the UK, EMEA, and globally to create and deliver high-impact campaigns. I was involved in huge and exciting global launches and was behind driving the localisation of some really influential campaigns.
One thing was constant in every role; I loved being the ultimate problem solver. I have built and developed diverse marketing communities, understanding the team's needs, and advocating to deliver creative local marketing, driving revenue growth and brand loyalty.
Now I'm at the point where I want to take the lead and create a business of my own where I can be both strategic and hands-on whilst embracing my love for learning and growth.
It's also important for me as a female founder to support other female business leaders and to be an excellent role model for my two sons who keep me very busy and level-headed.
I am resourceful, practical, strategic and creative and running my own business means I can be all these things whilst focusing on the bigger-picture stuff and the finer cherry-on-the-top details.
When Iām not trying to delight and inspire your customers, I love spending time with friends, travelling and being creative and crafty. To switch off I love trashy TV like the best of us (Selling Sunset anyone?!) and one day dream of a long motorbike adventure holiday (maybe in a few years when I have space in my schedule!).
