I then ask my clients about their work style and preferences, this helps create a great onboarding experience with a new client and an ongoing valuable relationship.
It may focus on communication frequency, level of visibility, involvement etc, but establishing the foundations helps ensure there is no misalignment, helping give both parties what they find most valuable.
