What podcasts inspire you and provoke interesting conversations?

Recently I have enjoyed two podcast series “Conversations of Inspiration with Holly Tucker” and “Women’s Business with Nicky Elliot”.

One episode, I loved was with Nicky and Holly together, talking about Holly’s newest business venture Holly & Co. and wow what an inspiring and motivating conversation around starting a business!

💡 A few things they said stuck with me “Stop thinking naivety is an issue, it can be the magic sauce where genius comes from”. 

I think often you feel if you don’t have deep experience in a specific industry or business size you won't have valid opinions and value to provide but this is just not the case.

Being new to an industry can bring so many benefits and fresh perspectives which add tremendous value.

💡 “Profit will come from purpose” Staying true to your purpose and mission is key, if you want to build a following of loyal people and to do this you need to be constant in the way you show up and the messages you communicate. Holly truly walks the walk here with her new venture and what it stands for.
