Asking for feedback is essential

Being a small business means that the service I provide to every client must be outstanding. My clients choose me because of the skills, approach and experience I bring, which translates into value for them and their customers.

Here is a bit more info on the process of working with us and what people said:

📱 When a new client engages with me, we have an intro call, understanding the finer details of the project and how they want to utilise my services.

💻 Following the discovery call I create a proposal doc with all the details recapped, plus info on the services and experience relevant to the project.

✅ Once the client has agreed on the proposal I will provide a consultancy framework agreement and SOW to be signed.

👩🏻 Then the exciting part starts, working on the agreed deliverables and collaborating through Teams, Slack, email and face-to-face.

🔁 Once the project is complete, or at agreed intervals during a longer project I will actively ask for feedback. I want to know what went well and what can be improved upon.

As a marketing consultant, I must listen and understand how I can evolve to meet changing market demands.
